Land Securities have sold three of its retail parks to Ares Management for £260m.
The assets are Team Valley Shoppping Park, Gateshead (380,000 sq ft), Kingway West Retail Park, Dundee(298,2000 sq ft) and Meteor Centre, Derby (182,130 sq ft).
Curson Sowerby Partners acted jointly with CBRE for Ares Management.
