90 North Real Estate Partners Ltd, advised by Curson Sowerby Partners and Avison Young, has completed new lettings to Dreams and The Gym at Crossley Retail Park in Kidderminster.

Dreams Ltd has signed a 5-year lease on Unit G2 comprising 4,931 sq ft unit. The Gym has signed a 15-year lease on Unit D, comprising 10,048 sq ft. The deals follow on from earlier lettings to Oak Furnitureland, Mountain Warehouse and Costa.

Georgie Brooks at Curson Sowerby Partners comments, “These were key lettings necessary to fill voids left by Maplin and Carpetright.  Both new tenants are quality brands, which complement the exciting retail offer on this Park, the prime bulky scheme in Kidderminster.”

Crossley Retail Park is a 206,355 sq ft retail and leisure park, situated in a prime location to the north of Kidderminster town centre, just off The Ringway (A456). It is adjacent to an 84,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s foodstore and Weavers Wharf shopping park, whose tenants include M&S, Debenhams and Next. Occupiers at Crossley Retail Park also include The Range, Smyths Toys, Pets at Home, Halfords, Currys PC World, Mountain Warehouse, SCS, Bensons and Lee Longlands.
