News / LEGAL & GENERAL SECURES DESIGNER FURNITURE BRAND FOR SOLARTRON RETAIL PARK IN FARNBOROUGH

LGIM Real Assets (Legal & General), advised by Curson Sowerby Partners, has secured Italian designer furniture brand Natuzzi at Solartron Retail Park in Farnborough. 

Natuzzi has signed a new 10-year lease for 5,638 sq ft of space at Unit 7.  As well as this, ScS have also committed to a new 10-year at the Park. Solartron Retail Park comprises 9 units across 88,500 sq ft sq ft of retail space, with 312 car parking spaces.
