M&S Foodhall has signed up for space at Derwent Group’s White City Retail Park in Old Trafford.
The retailer has taken 12,000 sq ft on a 15 years lease and is scheduled to start trading in spring 2016.
M&S Foodhall joins tenants on site including Currys, Dreams, Furniture Village, Halfords, Sofaworks and SCS.
Derwent Group has spent in excess of £10m pounds on the recent redevelopment and refurbishment of White City Retail Park, which extends to 210,570 sq ft of retail space, and is located just off Chester Road.
Curson Sowerby Partners are joint agents on the scheme.
