News / THE GYM ACQUIRES NEW SITE IN WORTHING

British Steel Pension Fund, advised by Curson Sowerby Partners, has agreed a deal with The Gym Limited at Lyons Farm Retail Park in Worthing.

The Gym Limited has signed a 15 year lease on a 10,000 sq ft unit at the Park, at a rental of £254,178 per annum. The tenant has achieved planning consent for a mezzanine floor.

Lyons Farm Retail Park comprises 31,914 sq ft of retail and has 145 car parking spaces. It is already home to Wren Kitchens and Boots and is located on the A27 to the north of Worthing, on the main south coast arterial route linking Worthing to Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton. The site is opposite Downlands Retail Park and adjacent to Sainsburys, Pets at Home and Argos.
