Wilko have signed a new lease on Sovereign Harbour Retail Park in Eastbourne. Wilko is one of the UK’s fastest growing high street retailers, with a focus on high quality products, bringing their famous choice and value to even more customers.

M&G surrendered the Brantnao lease and agreed a new letting to Wilko on a 10 year FR&I basis. Wilko will join existing retailers such as Boots, Next, Sports Direct and TK Maxx.

Sovereign Harbour Retail Park will undergo a full refurbishment over the next 12 months and Wilko are an exciting addition to the line-up.
