Investments / Ediston acquires Pallion Retail Park, Sunderland

Ediston Real Estate, acting on behalf of Europa Capital Partners, have exchanged contracts to acquire the 129,717 sq ft Pallion Retail Park from SWIP for a price of £18.95 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.29%.

Tenants on the park include; Matalan, Dunelm, B&M, Iceland, Wallpaper Warehouse and Poundstretcher. The scheme is let off an average rent of £11.30 psf and it offers significant opportunities for value enhancement.
