The property is let to Dave Whelan Sports Ltd for a further 20½ years at a passing rent of £10.46 psf overall, with 5 yearly rent reviews fixed at 2.5% pa compound.

The property has both leisure and open A1 retail planning permission and was acquired for a price of £7.4 million.
