The Crown Estate has bought two drive-thru restaurants, let to KFC and McDonalds, from Inter MK for £3.823 million reflecting a 6.28% initial yield.

The units are located immediately adjacent to the MK Dons’ Stadium MK in Milton Keynes.

The two units each comprise approximately 3,000 sq ft of accommodation and are let for a further eight and thirteen years. The units produce a total rent of £256,493 per annum reflecting £42.00 per sq ft overall.

The purchase compliments The Crown Estate’s MK1 Shopping and Leisure Parks, which they also funded/acquired from Inter MK.
