Private clients of Credit Suisse have bought the freehold interest in The Oaks Retail Park, Harlow for £30.1 million reflecting an initial yield of 6.29%.
The property is a prime bulky goods retail park of 114,149 sq ft let as eight retail units and a drive-thru fast-food unit. Tenants include B&Q, Home Bargains, Carpetright, Jollyes, Maplin, Bathstore, Topps Tiles, Halfords and McDonalds. All tenants trade well from the scheme.
