We bring depth and breadth of knowledge to every transaction

CSP/Staunton Whiteman also work together on the acquisition and disposal of retail parks to carefully model future performance of the asset.  This work includes a detailed audit of existing occupiers, scrutiny of income and in-depth analysis of rental growth prospects.  When investigating rental growth we consider both current tenant demand, as well as the longer term supply/demand balance of retail warehousing in the location.

In the last two years, CSP and Staunton Whiteman have traded the two largest retail warehouse schemes in the UK and have transacted £3 billion of retail warehouse schemes since the partnership was formalised.
