News / Nike Up and Running at Bicester Shopping Park

One of the first new units at Consolidated Property Group’s Bicester Shopping Park has opened its doors to the public this week. Over 100 expectant customers waited to be one of the first in the new outlet store, with many commenting it was great to have an affordable brand of this scale in Bicester.

Nike’s Factory store will be joined by M&S Simply Food, Next, EE, Luke 1977 and PureGym by Easter. Construction work started at this Open A1 Shopping Park, opposite the highly successful Bicester Village complex, in May 2019.

In 2018 Bicester Village welcomed 7 million shoppers, generating the highest densities of any shopping centre in the world. A dedicated railway station for the Village opened in 2015 linking the area to Oxford Parkway and London Marylebone. From 2011-2031 more than 10,000 new homes will be built in Bicester, almost doubling the population to 50,000 people.

In addition to the 160 boutiques at Bicester Village, Bicester Shopping Park sits adjacent to a Tesco, McDonalds, Esso and Burger King, as well Kingsmere Bicester which will provide 1,585 new homes. The Park already includes a Brewers Fayre and Premier Inn.

The remaining space at Bicester Shopping Park can be configured as one 3,500 sq ft unit or two smaller 1,750 sq ft units. For further details please contact. luke@cspretail.com or george@cspretail.com.
